For this website design for recruitment project, I recommended using WordPress as the platform due to its scalability and SEO-friendly features. I handled the full setup, including theme customization and backend configuration. I conducted keyword research to identify relevant SEO terms and integrated them into the website content.
To showcase the client’s expertise, I suggested adding detailed recruiting scenarios that highlighted her experience in executive search, niche recruiting, and multi-hire retainers. Additionally, I recommended a targeted blog strategy to attract businesses seeking recruiting solutions.
Ultimately, the project was completed, but the website was not launched as the client accepted a job offer elsewhere.
